From the day you hire me until you've settled in at home with your baby, I'm here to help you prepare with confidence, navigate labor with steady support, and begin postpartum feeling cared for—not alone.

Four Preparation Sessions
Pregnancy Planning Call
We'll discuss your hopes for birth, create a personalized preparation plan, review childbirth class options, and answer questions as they arise. Throughout your pregnancy, I'll also share trusted videos, articles, and resources tailored to your needs, so you always have reliable information without feeling overwhelmed.
Birth Preparation Review (Virtual)
After you've completed your childbirth classes, we'll review everything through the lens of your birth. We'll finalize your birth preferences, clarify medical procedures, pain management options, and answer your remaining questions so you feel informed and confident as your birth approaches.
Postpartum Planning (Virtual)
We'll prepare for the transition home by talking through recovery, breastfeeding, newborn care, support systems, and practical planning for those important first weeks with your baby.
Labor Rehearsal (In Your Home)
Together we'll practice relaxation, labor positions, comfort measures, and partner support. Everything we practice can be used both at home and in the hospital or birth center, so you feel prepared wherever labor takes you.
Labor Support
When labor begins, I'll help you determine the best time for me to join you and, if needed, when it's time to head to your birth center or hospital. Once together, I'll provide continuous support throughout your labor using a variety of comfort measures, positioning techniques, and evidence-based guidance tailored to your needs.
Two Postpartum Sessions
Your package includes two postpartum visits focused on breastfeeding, newborn care, your recovery, and helping your family settle into life at home.
Additional postpartum and lactation support is available for birth clients at a discounted rate of $90/hour.
What I Bring to a Birth
Every birth is unique, so I bring a variety of techniques and tools to support comfort, encourage labor progress, and help you feel grounded throughout your experience.
These may include:
Massage, counter-pressure, position changes and movement all to support both comfort and progress
Birth ball and peanut ball
Relaxation and breathing techniques
Aromatherapy, music and calming atmosphere
Guidance through pushing positions
Evidence-based information to help you understand your options
Ongoing Support
From the time you hire me through two weeks after birth, you'll have phone, text, and email support whenever questions arise. Whether you're wondering about a new symptom, preparing for an upcoming appointment, or looking for trusted resources, I'm only a message away.
Investment
Birth Support Package: $3,600
A non-refundable deposit of $1,800 reserves your due date and secures your on-call availability. The remaining balance is due before your on-call period begins.
I accept Zelle, Apple Pay, and credit card payments (processing fee applies).
For families located more than 25 miles from South San Francisco, an additional travel fee of $350 applies.
Discounts are available for repeat clients and planned home births.

Choosing your birth doula is an important decision. I offer complimentary phone or video consultations and am always happy to meet in person at a coffee shop in the South San Francisco area.
